Products; Measure, Measure, Measure
We attempt to be as accurate as possible with respect to the representation of our products on this website. Please note that electronic images as they appear on your computer monitor or screen may not have the same color accuracy or resolution needed to accurately depict our products. Accordingly, we recommend obtaining swatches to be sure of color and texture prior to ordering.
Please remember to check the dimensions, which are approximate, to be sure any items you are selecting for purchase are able to make it through all doorways, hallways, stairways, elevators and similar prior to your purchase.
Possible Allergens
We often use down and goose feathers in the production of our upholstered goods and pillows. Please consider this when purchasing if you or another family member are allergic to down.
Order cancellations
If you find the need to cancel an order, please do so within 72 hours of submitting your order either by fax to 818-225-2487 or by email (info@wshcollection.com). You will receive a confirmation of the cancellation at that time and receive full credit. Since our products are all custom made, we can offer a 7 day cancellation policy for a fee of 40% of the total order. Any cancellations after 7 days of receipt of your order, will be credited only the shipping charges. Please understand that we do not stock goods like a big box provider, our goods are custom made by hand and as such we incur costs immediately after receiving your order in order to begin production. We appreciate your understanding.
Warranty
We provide a 7 year warranty on construction and hardwood frames.
